I am the Founder and Head Coach of nimble penguin.
As an experienced executive coach and advisor, I empower innovative leaders to overcome self-doubt, drive positive change, and unlock their full potential. With over 20 years of experience guiding creative and ambitious individuals, I offer a unique blend of business savvy and leadership expertise.
My diverse career spans multiple industries, including restaurant technology, fintech, enterprise AI, edtech, cybersecurity, and healthtech (10+ years in startups). I excel in helping companies navigate crucial growth phases, leveraging my business operations and post-sales expertise to ensure long-term sustainability.
Prior to working with startups, I spent 10 years as a professional stage manager, honing my communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving expertise. This background, combined with my passion for leadership development, informs my coaching style – one that emphasizes strategic thinking, effective communication, and building high-performing teams.
